OHL deal crowns Abertis as world's top roads operator
Abertis, together with Brookfield, has closed on the acquisition of OHL’s Brazilian toll road assets, spanning 3,226km, in a complex transaction which will spawn a takeover. Separately, Abertis also acquired 343km of Chilean toll roads from OHL for €204m.
