Infracapital enters Dutch market with €100m telecom deal
The infrastructure fund of M&G Investments has acquired Alticom Holdings from TDF Group. The purchase is Infracapital’s first Dutch and telecommunications deal. Dexia and ING are backing the acquisition with debt.
