Franklin Templeton makes two New York infra hires

Christopher Casey and Emily Foshag have joined Franklin Templeton Real Asset Advisors as institutional portfolio manager and investment manager respectively. A long-established real estate manager, Franklin Templeton expanded into infrastructure and real resources in 2010.
